Application Instrustion

• Fixcol PVC Arcylic is a ready to use product and has versatile application.
• Clean the surface of PVC / ABS /Acrylic / GI Sheet (metal) FRP free from dust or grease.
• Clean the surface of wood, Particle board or MDF board free from dust or grease.
• Apply Fixcol PVC Acrylic of 15to 20g./sqft uniformly over the PVC / ABS / Acrylic sheet (metal) FRP using putty knife/brush or roller
• Then apply Fixcol PVC Acrylic of 20 to 25 gm/sq.ft uniformly over the MDF / particle board / wood / cloth papper substrate using putty knife / brush or roller.
• We recommend applying Fixcol PVC Acrylic on both the substrate for excellent bonding.
• Bond both the substrate, after 5 to 10 minutes of applying Fixcol PVC Arcylic in such a way that both the glued surfaces of the substrate are intact.
• External pressure needsto be applied either using masking taper or weight.
• The curing time is around 4 to 6 hrs, for intail setting.
• Complete curing takes in 24 hours.
